I read that working hours during the holy month of Ramadan should be 6 hrs/day. Is it applicable for non Muslims also? Please advise.

Just want to ask how much is the usual monthly expenses in Doha. I mean House expenses(is it on monthly basis payment?, food expenses transpo expenses.
